ITINERARY JANUARY 30TH - 8TH FEBRUARY 2020

You arrive in Hewanorra International Airport where your Airport transfer will be waiting. The drive from the airport takes you through the rainforest and local quarters to Harmony Suites in Gros Islet. There is a daily itinerary of Pilates/ Yoga, tours and activities to keep you busy but don’t worry there are free days where you can take time to relax, kick back and soak up the sun on one of St Lucia’s stunning beaches. Tours vary each trip but rest assured you will visit natural sites.

THURSDAY JAN 30TH

• Arrive in St Lucia Hewanorra airport

• Unpack, refresh and meet at bar 7pm for dinner and drinks

FRIDAY JANUARY 31ST

• Pilates Kervala Taj 8.30am then breakfast

• Meet at reception 11am for walk of Rodney Bay Strip then onto Reduit Beach

• Relax, soak up the sun have a fresh coconut juice or a cocktail or two. Plenty of water sport activities to enjoy. Try a local roti, cake or fruit punch.

• Meet at reception at 7.00 pm for *Friday night jump up*dance to the local tunes, try some fresh barbequed fish. Enjoy a rum punch or two.

SATURDAY FEBRUARY 1ST

• Breakfast

• Meet at reception 10am

• Day trip: Island Expo: Marigot Bay, Sulphur Springs, Tet Paul Nature Trail. Local lunch in Soufriere.

• Meet at reception 7pm Jazz Bar and Restaurant for dinner and drinks

SUNDAY FEBRUARY 2ND

• Pilates 9am Kervala Taj then breakfast

• Free day / evening to relax and unwind

MONDAY FEBRUARY 3RD

• Pilates 8.30am Kervala Taj then breakfast

• Meet at reception 11am

• Day trip: Castries Town shopping trip for last minute goodies. Explore the local town full of local characters. Buy spices, souvenirs for family and friends, arts and crafts.

• Free evening

TUESDAY FEBRUARY 4TH

• Pilates 8.30am Kervala Taj then breakfast

• Beach Day: Another chance to enjoy Reduit Beach or take a water taxi to Pidgeon Island Heritage site

• *Optional trip: Rain Forest Hike with waterfalls* £50 -£65 pp will be added to total cost of holiday

• Dinner on the beach

WEDNESDAY FEBRUARY 5TH

• Breakfast then meet at reception 9.00am

• Day Trip: Snorkelling Tour with lunch: Two locations to explore the underwater world of corals and marine life. Lunch is on the boat.

• Free evening: to explore

THURSDAY FEBRUARY 6TH

HARMONY SUITES HOTEL

Harmony Suites Hotel is situated 5 mins from the hustle and bustle and 3min walk from Reduit Beach. It offers traditional colonial style accommodation with balcony or garden areas. A small clean and friendly hotel surrounded by trees and flowers, with a water side location offering lovely views of the sea and mountains.

All rooms have en-suite bathrooms with twin beds or twin and double beds. They each have a small living area with cable TV and WIFI. Each room has tea and coffee facilities. Housekeeping services are available daily. The restaurant and bar serve breakfast, lunch and dinner all meals are freshly cooked, authentic St Lucian cuisine is also offered. The breakfast menu consists of a variety of set menus for you to choose from. Plenty of choice including cereals, fresh fruit and juices, croissants and your traditional English breakfast.

ABOUT RODNEY BAY

Rodney Bay is on a bay located in the Gros Islet quarter of the island, north west of the island. St Lucia is 27 miles by 14 miles wide, around 77 per cent of the island is covered in rainforest which makes for stunning views across the hills and valleys. The atmosphere is chilled and laid back, it won’t be long before you adopt the local pace of life. Languages spoken Creole, French and English. Currency is Eastern Caribbean or US Dollars. There are Pharmacies, Banks, restaurants, bars and supermarkets on the strip of Rodney Bay.

Getting around is easy, walk, try a local bus with the rhythms of the Caribbean playing, alternatively hire a taxi or water taxi to explore further afield. Offering a variety of cuisine including authentic local dishes. Reduit Beach is located in Rodney Bay a golden sandy sweeping beach with water sports, bars and restaurants try the roti a local lunch.

GETTING THERE
Most flights leave from all London Airports. Rodney Bay is 1 hour and 30 mins from Hewanorra International Airport located near Vieux Fort. Flights arrive daily from the UK and Europe {approximately 8 hours 15 mins from the UK}. British Airways and Virgin fly daily into Hewanorra. Return transfers are arranged if, or you can hire a Taxi from the airport (approx. £70 each way}.
